This SPLOT is here to equitably collect images of diverse geoscientists. All images added to the site — whether found online or uploaded by their owners — must include a name to credit ownership.

The #SeeMe2BeMe_Geoscience initiative celebrates the full spectrum of diversity within the geosciences — across disciplines, backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, and geographies. When students see people who look like them doing geoscience, it matters.

📋 What Each Submission Must Include

# Hashtags Add tags for discipline (e.g. Geology, Volcanology), job type (e.g. Professor, PhD Student), and teaching subjects (e.g. Mineralogy, Plate Tectonics).
